Experience in working with NHS projects for 3 years from Proxy, Covid, ICS, NEMS and other NHS-related projects from COVID, booking system and other backend healthcare system
I was involved in
Using GDS and UCD thinking while implementing design from app/web/content of new and existing services as well as supporting GDS assessment
Collaborate with diverse teams including business analytic, developer, policy-maker, designer, product owner, marketing team and more
Mapped, analyze and recommended services that span across different organizations/services with their own sets of culture, policy, system and interface
Lead Service Designer in developing service design capability for the client from resource management to implementing changes

Experience in working from DWP and DEFRA working across different department with real-time data
I was involved in
Implementing a service roadmap of the service with restricted conditions on the existing service
Creating new kinds of tools and workshops that is suitable for a unique environment for the project
