As a part of service design team, I worked on 3 main projects: Railway, Retail and Technology
Future of railway in UK
There is a new railway line in 2030, it will replace with new and fast trains off the existing the current railway.
I helped designing new future service preposition experiences from digital, on-board, off-board and stations experiences.
Additionally, I facilitated workshop every week to present clients to make sure all the proportions are realistic and fits there brand each time we introduce new idea.

Initial I helped researching the current experiences and mapping out the customer insights. Than later in 2nd phase of the project I held responsibility to own the development of the project from storytelling, creating new customer experiences, and presenting our project to the clients.

World leading tech company
Transforming from product selling company to service driven company. One of the most interesting and challenging project I have worked on. How might we create a company to service-driven company when there is no in-fracture to create services?
In this project I was mainly focus on researching cases study of how companies transform from product-driven company to services company? What did they do? How it impacted to the company? Why did they make this change?
Based on this research me and my team created multiple scenario of what route can the company take to transform as well as what do they need to prepare these changes for each of these scenario.
